Use of the App

The App can connect to third-party services (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Discord). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or service interruptions.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid plan. Payments (if applicable) are processed via PayPal, and plan activation depends on successful verification of your subscription status.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability (Data loss / leaks)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GH TechLand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.
While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you use the App at your own risk.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, legal compliance, or misuse. You may stop using the App at any time and unlink connected platforms.
