Does it read my messages or listen to my calls?

No. It reads only your availability status (available / busy / in a meeting) through each platform's official secure sign-in. It never accesses message content, audio, or video.

Do I have to use all four platforms?

No. Use one or all four — sign in to whichever you want and ignore the rest.

Does it work on a Mac?

Yes — there's a free app for both Windows 10/11 and macOS 11+.

Do I need a paid Teams/Slack/Zoom/Discord account?

No. Free accounts work fine.

What port does it use?

the controller connects via USB-A; a USB-C adapter works if your computer only has the other type.

Can I customize the colors?

Yes — the app lets you set custom RGB colors and effects for each status.
