Return window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
How to start a return Contact us at info@ghtechland.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Condition requirements Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns are accepted only after the item is received and inspected by our team.
Items returned with damage or missing parts are non-returnable. We inspect every returned item upon arrival, and returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- 9 Pin D-Sub Analog Mass Flow Controller Test / Diagnosis Breakout Board
- Any item marked as final sale
