Status Notifier for Zoom — Setup & Removal Guide

Add/Install the app

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace in a web browser.

  2. Find Status Notifier and click Add / Install.

  3. Review requested permissions and click Authorize.

Alternatively: 

1. download the app from here.

2. click on exe file and follow the prompt.

Use the app

  • Steps specific to your integration (example):

    1. Open Status Notifier (desktop app).

    2. Sign in / connect Zoom.

    3. connect to any other platform (optional) from Account tab.

    4. Connect to the device from Device tab.

Remove the app

  1. Go to Zoom App Marketplace → ManageAdded Apps

  2. Select Status Notifier

  3. Click Remove

 

Troubleshooting

  • If authorization fails: re-add the app and re-authorize permissions

  • If status doesn’t change: confirm you’re signed into the correct Zoom account and the required permissions were granted
